Silicone hoses are widely used in many places. Our products are manufactured from the highest quality silicone rubber via multiple proprietary extrusion systems. The extruded hose is vulcanized in high-temperature tunnels to retain its shape. In certain cases, an additional layer of protection is needed to keep the silicone hose in shape.
Having proprietary extrusion technology allows us to create hoses with virtually any combination of internal and external diameters. Sizes range from just a millimetre up to 60cm in diameter. The braided silicone hoses have a layer of braided polyester, which increases the pressure at which the hose can operate greatly. It also provides mechanical protection.
Besides working with general-purpose silicone rubber, we also produce silicone profiles with medical-grade silicone rubber or silicone rubber suitable for the food industry.
The manufacturing process of a silicone profile produces a continuous profile at any length. Based on your requirements it can be cut into any length from a few centimetres to up to two hundred meters. Depending on the cross-section of the profile it might be packaged into batches or rolled on rolls.
