Silicone hoses are widely used in many places. Our products are manufactured from the highest quality silicone rubber via multiple proprietary extrusion systems. The extruded hose is vulcanized in high-temperature tunnels to retain its shape.
Having proprietary extrusion technology allows us to create hoses with virtually any combination of internal and external diameters. Sizes range from just a millimetre up to 60mm in diameter.
Besides working with general-purpose silicone rubber, we also produce silicone profiles with medical-grade silicone rubber or silicone rubber suitable for the food industry.
The manufacturing process of a silicone profile produces a continuous profile at any length. Based on your requirements it can be cut into any length from a few centimetres to up to two hundred meters. Depending on the cross-section of the profile it might be packaged into batches or rolled on rolls.
