Silicone profiles are widely used in many places like insulators for window frames, hoses, and many more. Our products are manufactured from the highest quality silicone rubber via multiple proprietary extrusion systems. The extruded profile is vulcanized in high-temperature tunnels to retain its shape.
Having proprietary extrusion technology allows us to create profiles with virtually any cross-section. We have a catalogue of the ones we've manufactured this far. If you can't find anything from those that work for you, we can create a new one based on sketches or cad files for you.
Besides working with general purpose silicone rubber, we also produce silicone profiles with medical grade silicone rubber or silicone rubber suitable for the food industry.
The manufacturing process of a silicone profile produces a continuous profile at any length. Based on your requirements it can be cut into any length from a few centimetres to up to two hundred meters. Depending on the cross-section of the profile it might be packaged into batches or rolled on rolls.
